Morning y’all. It’s another rainy day here but all the flowers I planted this weekend are loving it! I actually don’t mind it either!🌺
I get a lot of questions about painting all the wood in our house. The log cabin feel was just to dark for me and not my vibe. So we tried to lighten it up but still keep a lot of wood and rustic elements like the wormy chestnut trim on the windows and doors. What a difference a little paint makes! I also love all the imperfections that you can still see… adds a little character! It’s not perfect but that’s what makes it special!😉
