Amazing American Farmhouse Style Ideas
We are finding it’s super hard to establish grass the first year of a new build. Since we live on 6 acres, sod was out of the question 😆 Our builder’s landscaper put in grass that had a mixture of rye and fescue but it’s not doing to well. This pic was taken a few weeks ago and now it’s even more dry and brown and there’s lots of bare spots. We’ve pretty much given up until the fall when we plan to seed.
