There is no need for complex and labor-intensive work to prepare the board and siding. There is external inspection of the building and several measurements that need no more than half the day. Perhaps it is necessary to plug the inserts of laying a masonry solution to drive protruding nails and remove other small protrusions, over 6 mm high.
During the inspection of the house, the building primarily determines the overall irregularities of planes and lines: walls, plinths of the base, corners, binding of eaves, scythes of the roof, the speed of the front window openings. It should not exceed 12 mm in the entire line or 6 mm.
If the wall was not a rectangle, but a rhombus, then the difference in its diagonals should not exceed 12 mm. And the same difference between diagonals for window and door openings should not be more than 6 mm. The installation of siding is allowed on the buildings, slightly leaning, but usually in order to preserve their rectangles.
Next, they check the level and plumbness of the line and the angles relative to the base and the floor surface. The total slope of the building from the drawdown should not be more than 25 mm on each side. Usually such a slope is discovered in the previous revision stage through invalid preparation. If so, you can’t think about the siding – the building is at least ahead of the game, needs an overhaul. The installed fairing will soon be scalded and punished.
Choosing A Box
The siding lamb can be carried out by a single and two-tier profile. In the latter case, the tree of the box should be impregnated with insecticides and fungicides. That and other boxes can be both linear and lattice. Rectangular labels of the boxes lay on the narrow side on the wall
The choice of the type of boxes is made according to the results of the test of the building:
- Irregularity of up to 3 mm – It is better linear, it is simpler and cheaper.
- The same, up to 6 mm, is a single wood of 50×80 bar or two levels from C-profiles.
- Same, up to 12 mm – a two-tier wood with an alignment of the outer rod plywood lining on the joints with adjustment planks.
