Induction cooking. I’m not sure I was even aware of it before I moved into this home. I have experience cooking with an electric and gas cooktop but never induction. I’m still getting used to it. I will say it does have many benefits, boils water very fast and the handles on the cookware stay completely cool! When you lift a pot it automatically turns off. We did need to buy a whole new set of cookware because the bottom needs to be magnetic. I’ll keep you posted with my full review as I use it more frequently! Do you have experience with induction cooking? Do you like it? ✨I did a poll on my stories to see if Mrellyathome should do a project for me. It’s still up if you want to vote.
