Today we took an entire day to do nothing but enjoy time together.

I know that’s quite normal for some people but Josh and I are big doers and while we “fit in” relaxing, we rarely just relax without first accomplishing XYZ…

And while this can be a great thing, it can be horrible at the same time, because we’re constantly planning our next thing, and sometimes we forget to live in the moment.

So we’ve made a goal to take a 24 hour period every week that we can do anything we want that counts as rest and absolutely no work (I had to bend Josh’s arm a little but he did it!)

So far, no complaints… It was a great day!
