For the first time in almost two months I feel genuinely fully excited about something. Though I feel gratitude and happiness for my family every day, I haven’t really felt that spark of excitement. Can you relate? ❤️
Today is different because my 12-year old son is getting his Black Belt in Taekwondo! It’s all done virtually at this time, but the level of encouragement and dedication from the Taekwondo leaders makes the experience very real. And we will have the joy of participating in a no-contact car parade, which means my son will see some of his friends for the first time in two months (insert tears of joy). This will be an emotional day!
